36th Annual StrawberryFest
CRAFTER / VENDOR FAIR APPLICATION
Approximately 2,500 people enjoy StrawberryFest each year. In addition to the outdoor craft fair, sell 1,000 quarts of fresh strawberries, host great entertainment, have delicious food carts, hold raffles and drawings, children’s games and FFA sponsored kiddie farm, and much more. We hope you make plans to join us
BOOTH PRICING & Payments
(Space is limited. Reservations are first come, first served. All booths are approximately 10’ x 10’):
Outdoor Booth Crafter/Vendor $65
Outdoor Food Vendor $65
Outdoor Nonprofit Organizations (No sales or fundraising) $30

The application (both pages) must be completed, signed and received with payment in order to reserve a booth.

Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather.
Cancellations received after May 15, 2023 are nonrefundable
Setup/Teardown
All booths are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft.
Setup starts at 7:30am and must be completed by 9:30am
ALL crafters must provide their own tables and chairs.
A confirmation email will be sent prior to the event.
Booth designation is at the Colonial Club’s disretion. Special requests (such as booth placement) will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
General Information:
Reservations are first come, first served.
Event is held rain or shine. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather.
Crafters/Vendors must make their own decision regarding setup during inclement weather.
If crafters/vendors bring a canopy, they must be properly anchored for safety.
Crafters/Vendors are responsible for their own unloading, setup, and teardown.
On site and street parking is limited.
