Day Trip Opportunities

  

Day at the Mallards Tuesday, June 20, 2017.Let'splay ball!It's Senior Day at the Mallards. We will leave the Club at 10:00 am and return about an hour after the game ends.The game starts at 12:05 p.m. The price includes a ticket to the game, tailgate lunch before the game and a hat. The Colonial Club bus will be available for transportation to the ballpark. We have reserved 15 total ballpark seats and can accommodate up to 10 on the bus. Come prepared: we may have to deal with heat, stairs and bright sun. The cost for Club 301 premium members is $17 or $20 including transportation. For non-members, the cost is $20 or $23 including transportation. Please sign up by Friday,June 2, to reserve your ticket!


A Crock of Schnitzel Wednesday, July 26, 2017. Located in Port Washington, WI, Memories Dinner is full of charm with its slid maple dance floor, rustic tamarack log ceiling and twin stone fireplaces. Attend this matinee performance about a newlywed couple caught in a time warp brought on by a cuckoo clock wedding present. The cost $94 or $90 for Club 301 premium members. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, June 20,2017. The bus will leave Colonial Club at 9:00 am and return at approximately 6:30 pm. If there are fewer than 10 registrations, the pickup site TBD.


HoChunk at the DellsThursday, July 27 and Thursday September 14, 2017. We will leave Colonial Club at 9:55 am and return at approximately 6:15 pm. Cost is $30 per person and $28 for Club 301 premium members. For this price, you will receive transportation and $25 in Reward Play on valid HoChunk player cards. If you need a chairlift for a wheelchair or to board the bus but you can transfer to a regular bus seat, please let us know when you register.

 

 Registration deadline is Tuesday, July 11, 2017 and Tuesday, August 29, 2017. Please provide your name, address, and telephone number, date of birth and player card number when you register. Bring your photo ID with you because you might be a big winner!


Titletown During Training Thursday, August 10, 2017.Titletown During Training Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Experience a guided Champions Tour of Lambeau Field stadium and learn more about the Packers history-rich facility. You will also tour several behind the scenes areas such as the Bob Harlan Plaza, the Players Tunnel and the newly constructed south end and roof. Enjoy a home cooked lunch and then go on a self-guided tour of the new Packer Hall of fame and shop in the Pro Shop.

 The cost is $105 or $100 for Club 301 premium members. The bus will leave Colonial Club at 7:15 am and return at approximately 5:45 pm. If there are fewer than 10 registrations, the pickup site TBD. The deadline to sign up is Monday, July 10, 2017.

  

A Taste of the Amish Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Head north to Markesan to start exploring Amish Country. Visit Bauman Meats, and stopsat a Bakery, Cheese Store and Grocery store where you can purchase fresh bakery and other items. Enjoy lunch in an Amish home served by an Amish family and learn more about Amish life. Afterwards, visit an Amish furniture shop and local vegetable stand. The cost is $98 or $95 for Club 301 premium members. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, August 15,2017. The bus will leave Colonial Club at 7:40 am and return at approximately 5:30 pm. La Crosse Boats & Bluffs Thursday, October 5, 2017. Enjoy the scenery as you travel by bus to LaCrosse to board the LaCrosse Queen paddle wheeler for a scenic lunch cruise on the upper Mississippi River. As the boat paddles upstream, learn facts and trivia of the historical and present day river and points of interest. Watch for eagles and other wildlife as you cruise past the bluffs. Enjoy lunch as your guide introduces you to the homes of the lumber barons, early entrepreneurs and more. Make a stop at Lock and Dam #7 for a tour with the Lockmaster and then it's off to Southwind Orchard for shopping

 The cost is $109 or $104 for Club 301 premium members. Pickup is at6:30 amat Colonial Club and return at approximately 9:00 pm. If fewer than ten people sign up, the pickup location will be at Shopko on Zeier Road in Madison. Registration deadline is Friday, Sept 1, 2017.

 

 

 

Extended Travel

 

Best of Scandinavia July 7 to July 16, 2017. Take an overnight flight to Stockholm and the day on your own to explore this remarkable city.
